The service is available between 24 hours a day, seven days a week to anyone aged over 18 in Plymouth experiencing a mental health crisis.

The Perinatal Consultant Psychiatrist (Dr Dimitrios Tsiakiris) would like to make you aware that he is more than happy to be contacted to offer advice where needed, this would be around any medication queries for post or perinatal ladies.
In addition, we have Perinatal Mental Health Nurses available Monday - Friday 9:00 to 17:00 via email or phone to offer any advice you might need.
