COVID-19: Imaging Service Guide

Scope
This information provides guidance on the management of Imaging referrals across West Devon during the Covid-19 pandemic. The information is based on Critical Service planning within University Hospitals Plymouth NHS Trust.
Will continue.
Only appointments for 2WW imaging referrals from GP practices will be made, which will be via cancer care services.
2WW only, see above.
Will not be seen.
There is limited capacity for outpatient imaging and referrals are prioritised but there is no guarantee how long this service will be maintained during the current crisis.
Discussion of pending requests should be via plh-tr.ImagingReferrals@nhs.net who will direct the referral to the relevant duty radiology consultant. Please ensure that there is a synopsis of the clinical question, and contact details. We may not be able to get back to you immediately.
